Key Responsibilities :
1. Analytics Transformation & Decision Systems :
- Build solutions that move beyond insights to actionable recommendations (Next Best Action)
- Drive transition from descriptive to prescriptive and automated analytics
- Ensure tracking of execution and business outcomes
2. Core Business Problem Solving :
Lead analytics across three key areas :
- Supply Chain: Forecasting, inventory management, logistics, pricing optimization, and promotions.
- Process Optimization: Business process re-engineering and automation
- Customer Experience: Omnichannel journey during presales, sales and post sales which includes product discovery, customer engagement thru all touch points, retention strategies, digital marketing.
3. GCC Capability Building :
- Contribute to building analytics capability in terms of people, process and technology in a greenfield environment
- Support roadmap, use case prioritization, and future team structure
4. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with business, analytics, and tech teams
- Translate business problems into scalable solutions
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership
