InfoGrowth is hiring a Kafka Administrator (L2) for a leading Banking / Financial Services client.
Location: Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 24x7 Support Environment
Working Days: 1st & 3rd Saturday Working
Experience: 3-4 Years

• ZooKeeper / Kraft Architecture
• Kafka Cluster Monitoring & Troubleshooting
• Topic Management & Partition Strategies
• Kafka Connect & Schema Registry
• MirrorMaker Basics
• TLS / SSL, SASL, ACL Configuration
• Linux Administration & Shell Scripting
• Bash / Python Scripting
• Prometheus & Grafana Monitoring
• Incident / Change / Problem Management
• Performance Tuning & Capacity Planning
• Kafka Log Analysis & RCA
• ITIL Process Knowledge Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for Confluent Kafka infrastructure
• Monitor Kafka cluster health, performance, and availability
• Handle patching, upgrades, access control, and topic management
• Troubleshoot broker failures, replication issues, and message delays
• Support Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, and cluster operations
• Manage Kafka security configurations and certificates
• Coordinate incidents and escalations with L3 / vendors
• Prepare operational documentation and knowledge articles
