Jr . Safety Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Jr. Safety Engineer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in safety engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
