- Role & responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies
