Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PM solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment and functional location management, maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and EAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PM module based on business requirements.
• Work on end-to-end SAP PM implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement projects.
• Configure maintenance master data including:
• Functional Locations
• Equipment
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Task Lists
• Measuring Points & Counters
• Configure and manage:
• Maintenance Notifications
• Maintenance Orders
• Preventive Maintenance Plans
• Maintenance Strategies
• Scheduling
• Support breakdown, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
• Manage calibration, refurbishment, and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve SAP PM issues.
• Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
