Job Description

Role Purpose
Own brand strategy and market share growth for Euler's 4W electric cargo portfolio (Turbo & Storm).
Translate market and competitive intelligence into city- and segment-specific campaigns that drive retail
and digital lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Own market share tracking and build the strategic narrative for share gains against ICE and EV
competition (Tata Intra EV, Mahindra Bolero MaXX Pik-Up, Veero EV)
Run continuous competitive mapping pricing, payload, TCO, and go-to-market moves and
convert findings into positioning and messaging shifts
Design and commission market research (driver/operator surveys, TG segmentation, EV adoption
barriers) across priority cities/states
Build segment- and city-wise marketing plans (media mix, BTL, dealer activation) calibrated to
local freight-corridor and fleet-operator dynamics
Partner with digital and performance marketing to convert brand strategy into lead-gen plans;
track SQL, CAC, and digital contribution to retail
Own BTL execution planning dealer collateral, on-ground activation, customer meets with
clear measurement of contribution to funnel

Present market share, funnel, and competitive analysis to leadership on a recurring cadence
Convert market/consumer insights into ATL and BTL campaign strategy across segments and
cities

Own performance mapping for campaigns attribution, funnel movement, share impact and
feed learnings back into planning
Requirements

3-5 years in brand marketing, at least 1 years with direct exposure to market research,
competitive analysis, or data-led campaign planning (not just creative/campaign execution)
MBA from MICA, IIM, or equivalent
Prior FMCG, auto, or B2B durables brand experience; auto/CV exposure is a plus, not a
requirement

Demonstrated comfort with data should be able to build and defend a market-share or funnel
argument with numbers, not just narrative
Working knowledge of BARC/media consumption data, or equivalent research methodologies, is
a plus
Desired Competencies

Analytical rigor: can move from raw data to a market-share hypothesis without hand-holding
Comfortable owning a P&L-adjacent metric (CAC, SQL, retail contribution) rather than only brand
health metrics

City/segment-level thinking resists one-size-fits-all national campaigns
Bias to ship: comfortable in a startup pace where research, strategy, and execution collapse into
the same quarter

Comfortable working with brand and digital agencies
