Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct HLD/LLD, architecture, and code reviews.
• Define coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Application Development

• Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Design and build REST APIs and event-driven applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. Cloud & DevOps
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and monitoring.

Team & Delivery

• Lead Agile development teams.
• Support sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical decision-making.
• Participate in hiring, technical interviews, and mentoring.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

• Distributed Transactions (Saga Pattern)

Cloud & DevOps

AWS (Preferred), Azure, or GCP Docker & Kubernetes Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD Maven or Gradle

Monitoring Prometheus,

Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace
