Technical Lead

Technical Lead/ Architect with excellent knowledge in core PHP along with frameworks like Laravel LTS, Symfony LTS, Zend Framework 1.12. Must be well versed in the usage of various design patterns/principles and capable of designing architecture of the projects as well as databases (using RDBMS concepts).

Primary role

• Technical design architecture

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must be able to involve himself/herself in the project discovery phase by brainstorming solutions, writing documentation, and designing database structures
• Must be aware of different types of architectures (for e.g. Monolithic, Microservice, SOA, ..etc.) and their benefits during implementation.
• Must have excellent knowledge of coding programming practices and coding standards along with several types of design patterns
• Must have strong expertise in technical design and architecture
• Must be aware of SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles and must be able to implement guide for the same during development as well
• Must have detailed knowledge and understanding of core PHP applications and frameworks like Laravel LTS, Symfony LTS, Zend Framework 1.12 and also in writing PHPUnit test cases.
• Must be capable of preparing accurate estimates
• Must be able to handle client communication
• Must have knowledge in technologies like Solr, MongoDB, Redis, Gearman, Doctrine, Vue.js, React Js
• Must be able to perform and lead R D on technologies and different libraries/packages.
• Must be aware of Caching mechanisms and Queueing Mechanisms.
• Must be aware of best practices of using VCS (i.e. GIT, SVN)
• Must be highly dynamic and have good communication skills.
• Must be capable of leading multiple projects technically and must have strong logical thinking
• Must be able to do thorough code reviews to ensure the code quality is meeting the standards.
• Must have positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Should have knowledge of latest trends like Vagrant, Docker, Composer
• Should be able to use automation tools for measuring code quality
