Position Title: Technical Lead MuleSoft
Location: Bengaluru, Jaipur (India)
Mode of Hire: Full Time

Role Overview:

As a Technical Lead MuleSoft, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft s Any point Platform. This includes:

• Working closely with architects to translate High-Level Design (HLD) into Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Guiding development teams
• Acting as the primary technical contact for clients
• Implementing GraphQL APIs and event-driven integrations
• Ensuring adherence to modern architecture practices

This role demands strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and alignment of technical execution with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
• Translate High-Level Design (HLD) into detailed Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to define integration strategies and architecture.
• Guide the implementation of GraphQL APIs; support hybrid models (REST, SOAP).
• Design and implement event-based and message-driven architectures using MuleSoft and messaging tools (e.g., Kafka, JMS).
• Enforce coding standards, design patterns, and API-led best practices.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and reusable.
• Support technical planning, effort estimation, and risk mitigation.
• Represent the team in technical client discussions and workshops.
• Stay updated with MuleSoft and integration technology advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of integration development experience, with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert-level knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including:
  • API design
  • DataWeave
  • Mule runtime
  • Connectors
• Hands-on experience in GraphQL API design and implementation.
• Strong grasp of event-driven architectures (Kafka, JMS, AMQP, etc.).
• Proficiency in Java, JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP.
• Solid experience with enterprise integration patterns and ESB concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Maven).
• Experience drafting and reviewing HLD and LLD documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client interaction skills.
• MuleSoft certifications are highly desirable.

Certifications (Preferred):

• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1
• MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 2

Education:

Bachelor s/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
