Java Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and designscalable and robust architectureusing Java and Microservices.
• Lead the end-to-endarchitecture design and developmentof enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to coding and design standards.
• Design and implementRESTful APIsusing Spring Boot.
• DriveMicroservices-based architecture, including service decomposition and communication patterns.
• Ensurehigh availability, performance, scalability, and securityof applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Define and implementbest practices, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams forcontainerization and cloud deployment(Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

Required Skills Qualifications:

• 1215 years of experience inJava-based application development.
• Strong expertise inCore Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in designing and developingdistributed systems.
• Hands-on experience withREST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Strong knowledge ofdatabase design(SQL/NoSQL MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience withORM frameworkslike Hibernate/JPA.
• Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience incontainerization and orchestration(Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience withDomain-Driven Design (DDD)and event-driven architecture.
• Exposure toAPI Gateway, Service Mesh (Istio).
• Knowledge ofsecurity standards(OAuth2, JWT).
• Experience inAgile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
