Job Summary : -
- We are looking for a results-driven International IT Recruiter with experience in hiring for APAC and US regions.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, sourcing niche technical talent, and working with global clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles across APAC & US markets
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, vendor networks, and referrals
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews for technical and non-technical roles
- Coordinate interviews with clients across multiple time zones
Work on roles such as : -
- EUC/Desktop Support Engineers
- Network Engineers
- Cloud / Infrastructure roles
- AV / IT Support roles
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
- Ensure quick turnaround time and closure of positions within SLA
- Handle client communication and requirement understanding
- Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer rollouts
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Required Skills : -
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in International IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in APAC and/or US hiring
- Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals
- Experience in contract / C2C / FTE hiring models
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills : -
- Experience working with MSPs / staffing companies
- Exposure to EUC / Desktop / Network / AV hiring
- Knowledge of work visas and regional hiring practices (US/APAC)
- Experience handling vendor coordination and subcontracting
