Job Description
We are looking for a CA Fresher with hands-on exposure to Internal Audit during articleship. The candidate will be responsible for supporting internal audit assignments, evaluating internal controls, identifying process improvement opportunities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and assisting in risk assessment activities across various business functions.rnr":"
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Pre Payment Audit of expense bills to ensure compliance with company policies, approval hierarchies, and completeness of supporting documentation.
Plan and execute internal audits across various functions including Procurement, Finance and Account , material management , Operations and maintanance, HR, and IT.
Perform process audits such as P-2 P process , Hire to Retire Process, Material management process etc. , including walkthroughs, internal control testing, and documentation of audit observations with adequate evidence.
Assist in drafting and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and evaluate adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Participate in special audit assignments, including fraud investigations, forensic audits, and whistleblower related reviews.
Prepare and maintain audit working papers, audit reports, issue trackers, and related documentation in line with professional standards.
Prepare and present MIS reports related to audit progress, open observations, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with department heads and auditees to ensure timely resolution of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.
