Insurance Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify new business opportunities through tele calling and convert them.
• Build relationships with existing clients to increase policy upsell/cross-sell life insurance products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and sales activities using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in insurance sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication skills for effective telephone conversations with clients.
