Role & responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility for Process Management & lead PED shop floor team
- Support to production team to achieve schedule adherence
- Troubleshooting of process related Break downs ( jig , Fixtures , etc)
- Productivity & Cost Saving improvement implementation
- CT Study & Capacity analysis
- Process validation & documendation
- Layout design & Execution
- Change management & tryouts
- Procurement of spares
- Vendor Establishment & support
- Customer & system Audit preparedness
- Knowledge about Fabrication works ( pallets, trolleys , etc)
