Role & responsibilities
1. Carry out industrial engineering analysis and investigations
2. Facilitate and lead process improvements by indentifying projects and implementing road maps
3. Conduct plant layout studies and prepare new layouts
4. Carry out line balancing process by identifying bottlenecks
5. Design and deploy efficient material handling and material flow by studying existing material flows and designing new material flows by removing NVA and process wastages
6. Conduct time & method studies on shopfloor by identifying value added and non-value added activities
7. Conduct capacity mapping
8. Carry out value stream mapping of entire process by calculating lead time & conducting waste analysis
9. 5S, Kaizen, Lean Management, TPM & VSM knowledge
10. Expertise in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

5 to 6 years relevant experience
