Job Description for Regional Training Program Manager
Key Role:-
- Align regional training initiatives with business objectives and amplifying regional performance by bridging knowledge and skill gaps of the field force in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:-
Regional Trainings:-
- Analyze training needs and gaps for the assigned region.
- To design regional annual calendar in consultation with Central Trainers
- To conduct and co-ordinate training programs for the assigned Region.
- Ensure training completion rate on time.
- Ensures Training Effectiveness by keeping participation rate high.
Regional Assessments:-
- Follow up on the post online training assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Identifying low scorers and arrange re-training in consultation with regional stakeholders.
- Ensure knowledge retention by continuous assessments.
Skill Training:-
- To conduct in-clinic skill enhancement activity for the assigned region with the help of simulation activities (Mock-calls, Objection handling and selling skills sessions)
- Timely need basis OJT with ASMs focusing on implementation of product knowledge and managerial skills.
Key Stakeholders at HO: -
Executive Management, Medico-Marketing, HR.
Key Stakeholders in Field: -
ZSMs and GMs
Key Skills Required
Excellent Communication Knowledge of MS Office
Facilitation Skills Interpersonal Skills
Qualification Requirements:-
Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or Pharmacy.
Certification in training added advantage.
Familiar with local language.
Experience:-
- Should have 6 to 10 years experience in sales out of which 3 to 4 years as ASM in any reputed Diagnostic or Pharma company.
- Should have minimum 1 to 3 years training experience at regional or national level.
- Familiar or past experience with LMS.
