Job Description
Ongoing Coaching Mentorship : Provide personalized coaching support to center teams, fostering application of learning and continuous performance improvement
On-the-Job Learning Audits :Conduct field audits to observe real-time implementation of training, offer feedback, and design corrective action plans
Performance Assessment Feedback :Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, sales\/NPS performance, and identify areas for content refinement
Sales Service Training Delivery :Conduct engaging training sessions using practical, hands-on methods like role plays and real-life scenarios, tailored to Centre Heads, Beauty Heads, and Slimming Heads
Cross-Functional Collaboration :Coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and CRM strategies
