Hub Manager (Last Mile)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily hub/warehouse operations, including inward, outward, cross-docking, consolidation and inventory movement.
• Ensure on-time and accurate last-mile deliveries with zero product mismatch.
• Plan and manage hub manpower, including pickers, loaders and other operational staff.
• Monitor vehicle attendance, movement and delivery status in real time.
• Handle RTO and RVP shipments as per defined SOPs.
• Manage daily cash collection, cash deposits, cash handover and acknowledgement.
• Perform daily cash, POS and system reconciliation before hub closure.
• Manage petty cash and daily expense entries in ERP systems.
• Handle lost shipment recovery and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct daily stock audits and inventory checks at the hub.
• Manage warehouse hygiene, facility maintenance and operational compliance.
• Conduct fixed asset audits and maintain proper asset records.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and share daily/periodic operational and financial reports with Finance and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and hub-related expenses.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Central Teams and other support functions.
• Handle statutory/compliance requirements related to hub operations.
• Coordinate facility-related requirements such as electricity, water, maintenance and other utilities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, compliance and operational standards.
