The Role
Join Everpure as a key operational anchor driving the performance, integrity, and scalability of our HR technology ecosystem. In this business-critical position based out of our Bengaluru office, you will own the end-to-end administration of core HR applications-with an initial primary focus on mastering and optimizing TeamOhana alongside our ATS, LMS, and key internal platforms. You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders across HRIS, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to ensure seamless data accuracy, role-based security, and system reliability. By translating complex operational requirements into clean system governance, your work directly enables our global workforce to scale efficiently and securely.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bengaluru office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
