Theposition of a System Administrator - HRIS (Human Resource Information System),particularly with expertise in Darwin box, typically involves a range ofresponsibilities related to providing technical support and assistance to usersof the HRIS platform within an organization.

1.Technical Support:

Provide technicalassistance and support to users of the HRIS platform, with a focus on Darwin box.
Troubleshoot and resolveuser issues related to system functionality, access, and performance.
Respond to userinquiries via various channels such as email, phone, or ticketing system.

2. Training andOnboarding:

What Youll Bring to TheTable About You:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, InformationTechnology, or related field.
Prior experience in a similar role providing support forHRIS platforms, preferably with expertise in Darwinbox.
