Job Description
1. Lead HR activities related to company operation, including policy design, workflow structuring, and compliance adherence.
2. Complete knowledge about payroll, Leave & Holiday rules ,ESI,PF,Gratuity,Bonus
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Resolve employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster healthy communication channels.
4. Ensure adherence to labor laws, legal handling,accident/death cases, and corporate HR policies.
5. Keep all statutory records updated and manage audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
