- Manpower planning, organization structure & budgeting End-to-end recruitment and vendor management Induction, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Performance management (KRA/KPI, appraisals, increments) Payroll coordination, attendance & statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, PT)
