HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and manage employee retention programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and filing required reports
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and benefits administration
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including researching and recommending changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements
• Develop and manage HR budget, including forecasting staffing needs and managing HR expenses
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including benefit providers, recruiters, and training providers
