Hr Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations and relevant experience in the healthcare/hospital industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare manpower plans based on patient volume, department requirements, and business projections.
• Coordinate with unit leadership to understand manpower and business requirements.
• Monitor sanctioned strength, actual manpower, vacancies, and manpower costs.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Handle attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll processing and manage HRMS.
• Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable requirements.
• Support employee retention and employee experience initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports.
• Support performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations and employee-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related task s assigned from time to time.
