Key Requirements
12 years of relevant HR experience
Excellent English communication – verbal & written
Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee coordination
Good knowledge of Payroll Software – experience with Keka is preferred
Good understanding of HR documentation and processes
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day HR activities
