Job Description

Role & responsibilities :


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate documentation, verification and offer letter processing.
  • Verify candidate documents including identity, PAN, bank details, previous employment records, payslips and references before offer issuance.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll by collecting attendance, leave, timesheet and payment inputs and submitting payroll information by the 25th of every month.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records for Bengaluru and Raichur employees.
  • Complete employee onboarding, joining formalities, employment contracts and HR documentation within the required timelines.
  • Maintain employee files, HR database, contracts, probation records and renewal trackers with complete and updated documentation.
  • Track contract renewals and probation milestones and notify management at least 30 days in advance.
  • Prepare daily and monthly HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, attendance, leave, onboarding and employee status.
  • Respond to employee HR queries and coordinate resolution of grievances and workplace concerns with relevant managers.
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with organisational policies and maintain records for internal review and audit.
  • Manage employee exit formalities including resignation documentation, clearance, handover, timesheets, invoices and coordination for full-and-final settlement.

Preferred candidate profile:


  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management.
  • Good documentation and employee record management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate payroll inputs and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and HR reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Perks and benefits :
