Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across manufacturing, engineering, corporate, and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and status reports in Excel or HR systems.
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure smooth closure of open positions.
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities in coordination with HR teams.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Assist in recruitment branding, campus hiring, and talent outreach activities as required.
