Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and offer closures
- Partner with business teams to meet hiring targets
- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure a positive candidate experience
