Role & responsibilities
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in LMS Implementations (SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Saba, Moodle, Workday Learning, or similar).
- Strong experience in Data Migration and Content Migration projects.
- Experience in developing and supporting Middleware/Integration Solutions using APIs, Web Services, ETL tools, or Integration Platforms.
- Knowledge of LMS data structures, learning content standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI), and integration architecture.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
Good to Have
- Java development experience.
- Python scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Looking for candidates with proven experience in:
- LMS implementation and technical configuration.
- Learning content and data migration projects.
- Middleware/API development and integration.
- LMS modernization or platform transition initiatives.
- Java and Python development (preferred but not mandatory).
