• Lead configuration and implementation of InsuranceNow modules: Policy, Billing, and Claims.
• Design business rules, workflow automation, and underwriting validations.
• Customize user interfaces, forms, and system integrations.
• Define product structures and state-specific regulatory configurations.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams

Candidate Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance IT systems.
• Strong hands-on technical proficiency with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
• Background in mentoring engineering teams and defining technical best practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
