Hiring For Relationship Manager - Micro Loan (Home Loan & LAP)

Role & responsibilities

• Source Housing Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and customers to generate consistent business opportunities
• Achieve assigned business targets in terms of login, sanction, and disbursement
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing of loan files
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings for business development and relationship management
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners to improve conversion ratios
• Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining healthy sourcing practices and timely customer servicing
