Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Manage Sales and Distribution of Home Loan cases.
- Marketing and encashing catchment areas.
- Ensure adherence to KYC documents as per the guidelines of the company
- Ensure proper closure of disbursement documentation within the timeline.
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling ofInsurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
- Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations.
- Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
- Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Relevant Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP experience at least 2 to 8 years
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Aggressive approach with good communication skills
- Sales and Influencing Skills
