Job Summary
Full Stack Engineer
Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from user interfaces to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies and integration with backend services.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.
