Job Summary

In the role of Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves engaging directly with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge across various domains including functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. This position requires active collaboration to guide the design and delivery of effective solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. The role demands continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and to address challenges proactively, fostering an environment of shared expertise and innovation.

This role requires expertise in Java Full Stack Development, with a minimum of 12 years of experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Architecture and 15 years full time education are also key qualifications.

About the Role

Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions that meet client requirements.
• Experience in integrating various technologies and platforms to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development is required.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
