FP&A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful financial analysis to drive informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the FP&A Analyst will analyze trends, monitor key performance indicators, and help shape the companys financial strategy.

Keyskills : Support the annual budgeting process, including setting targets, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to project revenues, expenses, and key performance metrics. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, identifying variances and providing insights on trends. Conduct rolling forecasts to ensure up-to-date projections and address variances to the budget. Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance, including cost trends, revenue streams, and profitability. Identify and evaluate key drivers of performance, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes, reporting systems, and forecasting methods. Implement best practices for data management and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Job Description : CA with 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance within IT industry Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel skills, and data visualization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
