- Job allocation to technicians and monitoring of work
- Ensure quality repair job on the vehicle
- Provide complete and effective solution for all complaints on the vehicle
- Ensure adherence to standard repair guidelines for the activities carried out on the vehicle
- Ensure use of special tools as recommended by DICV
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on workshop floor
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on the workshop
- Effective utilization of manpower and other resources to maximize bay productivity
- Ensure vehicle is delivered to the satisfaction of the customer
