Floor Supervisor ( Hospitality )

We are looking for a skilled Floor Supervisor to join our team at Talent Trace Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of hospitality staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor new hires to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget and optimize resources.

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
