Job Description
The Floor Supervisor will oversee shop-floor operations related to the fabrication and assembly of electrical panels, ensuring quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities
- Coordinate with design, stores, and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures
- Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, and schedules
Eligibility:
- Diploma / Engineering in Electrical or EEE
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals or 2 3 years of experience
- Basic understanding of electrical panel manufacturing processes
