Fitter (Mechanical Maintenance)

Role & responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance Carryout routine servicing, inspection and lubrication of machinery.
• 2. Fault Finding Diagnose mechanical failure and dismantle equipment to repair, adjust or replace defective parts.
• 3. Fabrication & Fitting Fabricate, cut and weld structural metal component using hand tools, power tools and welding tools.
• 4. Machinery Assembly- Interpret technical drawing and blueprint to install, align and assemble new equipment according to manufacturer guide line.
• 5. Documentation – Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts replacement and safety inspection for regulatory compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

I.T.I. (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years experience.
