Job Description .NET Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a passionate and skilled .NET Full Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications, understand business requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend development skills with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies and modern UI frameworks. Drive engineering best practices: clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC and related Microsoft technologies.
- Design and develop responsive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Tailwind, and JSX.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, and modern authentication (e.g. JWT), middleware, and microservices.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts in SQL Server.
- Collaborate with business users to understand domain requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and deployment activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC
- Good knowledge of C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS)
- Hands-on experience with:
- AJAX
- jQuery
- JavaScript
- JSX
- Good frontend development skills in:
- HTML
- CSS
- Bootstrap
- Tailwind CSS
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including:
- SQL Scripts
- Stored Procedures
- Basic Query Design
- Experience with:

- Microservices architecture
- Understanding of:
- Authentication & Authorization
- Knowledge of version control systems such as:
- Git
- GitHub
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Experience with React.js or Vue.js
- Knowledge of ASP.NET (.NET Framework / Web Forms)
- Experience with ADO.NET and Dapper
- Exposure to Sales or FMCG domain projects
- Ability to understand business domains and implement solutions aligned with user requirements

- Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi, English)

Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Relevant experience in .NET Full Stack Development preferred
