Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and troubleshooting of products, including Boilers, Pressure Reducing Stations, Temperature Control Valves, Condensate Recovery Systems, Steam Traps, Flow Meters, and Analytical Products.
- Providing prompt technical support and solutions to customer concerns to ensure optimal product performance.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers, focusing on improving service levels and customer retention.
- Driving after-market revenue by identifying and generating AMCs, spare parts, and service-related business.
- Frequent travel to customer sites for hands-on support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 3–10 years in the field of mechanical products and product engineering.
- Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of Steam Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Gas Analyzers, and related equipment.
