The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in firmware development, particularly in bare metal environments. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining firmware for various hardware components. Key Responsibilities : Develop, test, and maintain firmware for embedded systems. Work with hardware engineers to define firmware requirements and specifications. Implement firmware solutions on bare metal systems without an operating system. Optimize firmware for performance, reliability, and resource consumption. Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues in collaboration with hardware and software teams. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for firmware design and implementation. Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in embedded systems and firmware development. Requirements : Bachelors or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in firmware development, with a focus on bare metal systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++. Experience with microcontroller and microprocessor architectures. Strong understanding of hardware interfaces and protocols (e. g. , I2C, SPI, UART). Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Immediate to 15 days notice period availability.
