Finance Manager

Candidate should have experience in the field of Finance, Fund Raising, Preparation of Bank Limit Proposals, Liaisoning with Banks, raising funds -Working Capital, Term loan, Project Finance with banks and government institutes. Knowledge of foreign fund raising on competitive interest rates. Preparing project reports, CMA, projections. Knowledge of international financial instruments, P/ E funding will be beneficial. Managing combined fund flow of India and Overseas operations. Should be well versed with general requirement avail by banks and government financial institutions.
