Field Sales Executive

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.
• Conduct site visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Organize and lead weekly shop meetings to drive product adoption and team alignment.
• Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Job Requirements

• Must know the local language of Jharkhand.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, banking, or insurance sales can apply.
• A graduate or postgraduate degree (any year pass-out) is required.
• Ability to work in a day shift role with third-party payroll.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.
• Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.
