Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct field sales visits to promote banking products and services to customers in assigned areas.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, conversions, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in b2c sales or field sales .
• Strong understanding of B2C marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
