Role: Field-Based Livelihoods & Agriculture Development Fellows/Associates
Eligibility: Graduates & Postgraduates (Engineering/Technical/STEM /Agriculture preferred)

What You Will Do
- Work closely with farmers, communities and local institutions in villages
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders & government machinery
- Conduct field studies, surveys, and feasibility assessments
- Analyze data, identify needs and recommend high-impact interventions
- Help design, pilot and scale programs that improve agricultural productivity and rural livelihoods
