Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Farmer On-boarding Intern in IORA Ecological Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience and be passionate about working with farmers to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with farmers to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
- Develop and implement effective on-boarding strategies to enhance farmer engagement.
- Conduct field visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip farmers with new skills and technologies.
- Foster strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of on-boarding efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
