Executive - CDE

DEPARTMENT:Commercial-Cold Drink Equipment  LOCATION : Ahmedabad JOB OBJECTIVES: To execute the national cold drink strategy in the unit and execute all activities as per the Business plan

Position Reports to: Functional Reporting:   Unit CDE Manager  Supervises:  Third party service providers Key Customers: Internal Customers: Sales Team, Legal Team External Customers:    Retailers, Distributors, Key Accounts, Asset provider, Maintenance Service providers,   

1.    To manage the asset base of CDE for respective territories

2.     Providing technical service for Coolers, fountains, vendors and ensuring retailer/key accounts satisfaction through service providers

3.    CDE placement as per RED standards through outsourced masons, carpenters and electricians.

4.    To ensure that all processes are followed for the cold drink equipments and assets are tracked & report deviations in the market place.

5.    Monitor the respective placements, service ( break down and preventive), refurbishment, agreements uploading and approval in Cooler tracking system

6.    Responsible for fountain placements in specific channels and ensure quality drink.

7.    To manage outsourced agents for data entry of the CDE’S and their tracking system and call centre operators who will respond to customer issues and concerns.

Minimum Education: Engineer( BTech) Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/ Diploma holder in Refrigeration or Airconditioning Minimum Work Experience: 2-3  years of work experience  Business Knowledge: Competencies/Skills/Abilities: Behavioral Competencies: Positive,  process oriented while being result driven, work closely with internal and external customers Functional Competencies:Engineering basics with functional knowledge in refrigeration & air-conditioning Key Success Criteria's: Analytical & technical skills, willingness to learn and adapt, be mobile Language Proficiency: Hindi and Local Language, English is preferred IT Knowledge: MS office, email communication Travel:      75 % of the time
