Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage gold loan operations, ensuring timely disbursement of funds to customers.
- Conduct thorough assessment of customer's gold ornaments to determine loan eligibility and interest rates.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in gold loan operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans against gold (LAP) and personal loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
