Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Personal Loans Cross-Sell business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving loan sales through existing customer relationships, managing a team of sales executives, achieving business targets, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Personal Loan sales through cross-selling to existing customers and identified customer segments.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales officers/executives to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize loan penetration and revenue generation.
- Monitor team productivity, sales performance, and conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and field support to enhance team effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, branch teams, and channel partners to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure proper documentation and verification processes.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Assets, Personal Loans, or Consumer Lending.
- Minimum 23 years of team handling experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of lending products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements.
